Refund Policy

Here at Resume Diva, there's been a rare occurrence of clients who were very unhappy with our work and services so we now offer a 25% refund for their inconvenience while we are still partially paid for our time. Please keep in mind we are NOT a product based business but a service based business.

We do politely ask for a refund request letter from all clients who are wanting a refund and within 30 days of the day of services. We hope this new policy gives you peace of mind that we not only guarantee our services but also offer this refund policy.
