I hope you will check out my bio and consider purchasing my new book titled, "The Poetry Collection of Lucinda Kerrigan Volume I." I'm in the process of looking into getting a new computer so the formatting of the ebook would turn out better. I went back to the manuscript and revised it and submitted a Revised Edition of the book but to me on Kindle it still doesn't look right. Maybe if you don't have Kindle and just buy a copy for $9.99 USD it would look better. It's available worldwide on all of Amazon's websites so I'm very excited and thank you so much to my friend here in Southern Illinois who's a book reader and book author herself for telling me about self publishing for free on Amazon, She literally saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars and time. I knew it was meant for me to somehow get this published this Spring but I didn't have enough money to go through a regular publisher and pay $300 per month. As you may or may not know, my main income is still SSD so I tried to set up a payment plan for $20 per month with two different companies but got turned down. I highly recommend if you're a writer please use Amazon because it will save you lots of time and money! I hope you grab a copy of my new book and enjoy! I'd appreciate it if you followed me on my author's page so you'll be notified of my upcoming releases. I'm already half way down with my second book. It's a series that I'm doing right now. Hi everyone! Welcome to the official Résumé Diva Company new blog page! I'm so happy that you're here! I hope you're enjoying your visit to the new modern looking website. I created it with all of you in mind. I've been working hard for five years now and took a break most of the month of March due to serious illness but I'm better now and able to accept new clients so please contact me through this new website or phone 📞 or email me and you may text me too. 

I have taken on a new hobby in my free time writing ✍️ letters to pen pals around the world 🌎 and loving it! It's so nice that people are still loving and caring in nature and this feels like good therapy to me and when I see my doctor this month I believe he will agree that it helps my anxiety issues.

Anyways, if you need anything please let me know I'm still here to help you no matter what your finances are at this time. 

With that being said you may upload your current Résumé or Cover Letter etc. to any message form on this new website to me for a review and Estimate. Sometimes I send an Estimate directly by an email from myself or from my bookkeeping system. I ❤️ love and prefer either Venmo, Zelle or Cash app. Please let me know when you're going to send a payment through those methods so I will keep an eye out for it.

It's very late ⏰ here right now almost 4am so I really need to go to sleep 😴. I was trying to pay a bill online but it wouldn't let me so I just emailed that company probably won't hear back from them until Monday.

Hi everyone! I'm happy to announce that just last night I applied online and was accepted as a new member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC) it's another huge expense for me every year but I want to improve my skills through their programs and get to the next level in my career. Also, the certificate program for CPRW has decreased a lot but I still have to save up for it or pay off my entire credit card to pay for it. The annual fee to be a member is $150 but I emailed them to see if I could do monthly payments and the CPRW program fee is $295.

I still however have my college certificate from 2018 and the association accepted that as part of my education and experience as well as my five years of being in this business which I have to say a BIG thank you so much to all of you!

So, below this post I'm posting a few screenshots of my college certificate from 2018. I just checked yesterday and there's no new edition of that class yet. I checked because I was hoping to retake it if there's a new edition.

I didn't know where else on this website to post the certificate so I'll post it here.

Thank you all again for your understanding and patience as I continue working on my business and certifications to equip myself with more knowledge to better serve you in the near future, so excited!

Company Update

Hi everyone! How are you doing today? It's just after 3am here and I'm restless tonight and been unable to fall back to sleep. I had a very busy day yesterday. I had quite an adventure going all the way to Marion, IL to see my doctor who is a specialist with psychology and anxiety disorders like the ones I have. Thank you so much to Dr. Gabe Martin for being so kind, calm and giving me kudos for all my hard work these past five years with this company. I really appreciate it very much. People in the community like him is a big reason why I keep doing what I'm passionate about and love doing which is why I'm going to keep moving forward but also want to reflect on everything that's happened these past five years as well.

I have to say that I have quite a story now to share with my kids and future grandkids lol. But on a more serious note, tonight I'm thinking about this new website and want to know how you, my visitor are liking it. I'd like to do a poll on the homepage to get some feedback on how I can improve it. Is there anything you want me to to add or remove or edit? I will be here shortly editing the homepage to reflect the change of the seasons from Spring to Summer.

Are you ready for this summer? There are still plenty of jobs out there especially in the gig industry like with DoorDash, Uber, etc. and at Grocery stores like Kroger and Schnucks here in Carbondale and at restaurants here in Carbondale as well. No High School diploma? No problem! Stop by my office and I can still create a winning Resume for you or if you're not in Carbondale you may contact me by phone, text or email. The last thing I wanted to mention is that I'm thinking of creating a new page on this website called, "Company Policies." The reason is because I want to clarify some common things that clients aren't quite understanding at this point and it's causing me especially a big headache with billing and collections. 

Please understand being the CEO even of a small company is extremely challenging at times and right now I'm short staffed and business has been slow. I'm needing donations to help keep my doors open so I'm going to put my Cash app link on the homepage today as well. I appreciate your kindness and patience at this time and your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone for being here these past five years and I hope to still be in business at least another five more years or longer. I don't have any plans of quitting so rest assured if you need me in the future I'll be there waiting for you.
