PLEASE NOTE: As of January 1, 2018 All Services are required to make a 50% deposit at the time of the day the project begins chosen by the new client. If you wish to be invoiced that is perfectly fine and we currently use Stripe or our new bank called Found for the Self Employed for our invoicing needs. However; I am flexible and understand that special billing needs or circumstances may arise and am willing to assist you with your request. Please bring your preferred method of payment to the initial consultation. Cash App, Cash, Personal Checks (must be cleared for services to begin and if doesn't then NSF fee applies to your account), Walmart Payments, Money Orders and Stripe Payments, Venmo, and Zelle is also now accepted. Please let me know which payment method you would like to use so I may accommodate you.

Please download the file for the Client Agreement below for you to review and sign then it email back to me to be processed along with your current Résumé for review then I will send you an Estimate by email for you to approve then after your acceptance I can create an Invoice or send a money request via text message directly from my business account. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause or to pay 50/50 you may pay with either Venmo, Cash app or Zelle for your convenience.

On all expedited projects that require to be completed in four days or less we require the whole cost of the project due at once including the $25 expedited fee. This will save both you and I time and money from doing it in the usual 50/50. We do guarantee our work and if you're not 100% happy we will refund within 30 days 25% of what you paid back to you. The reason is because this is a service based business not product based but we do understand in rare incidents that if the project doesn't work out for you we are willing to give a partial refund for your inconvenience.


My current Client Agreement and Resume Worksheet Form can be downloaded right off this page and completed in MS Word. Copies are also available at my office for local clients. I can also fax the documents to you for your convenience wherever you are whether at work or at home. 

Please note: If you are a new client you must sign the client agreement before the meeting or pay a $25 consultation fee on our Setmore booking website. No show or cancellation with less than 24 hours including showing up then leaving before the meeting begins for ANY reason is a $25 fee no exceptions will be made. This is our new policy effective March 18, 2023.


​P.S. The Resume Worksheet form you will need to fill it out on MS Word then you may email it or fax it back to me. If you can not fax it to me then please print the completed form out and you snail mail it via USPS/UPS/FedEx to our office or bring it to our office in person. Walk-in's are welcome. Our address is 700 E. Main Street Suite 113, Carbondale, IL 62901. Our fax number still is: 1(877) 492-1742. Local clients are welcome to drop off their paperwork anytime. Please DO NOT Mail Cash.
